In a word of introduction, we are living in a time of technological development, the question is why did you choose gaming out of so many areas of activity? NFT, games, this is on hype now, whether gaming is the only area for you in which the project will operate?

Because WE LOVE GAMES. Our Founder Robin always has an ambition and huge interest toward Metaverse. He used to quoted: “The metaverse cannot be established under the original Transmission Control Protocol/Internet architecture, but the ERC-721 and ERC-1155 protocols clarify ownership of the virtual world. We are restarting a new universe where each of us is in this parallel world and can be the creator. The oasis in Ready Player One and the cyberspace in Cyberpunk 2077 are becoming a reality. In this new world, anyone could become the Virgin Lilith of Creation and complete humanity upgrading from a carbon-based civilization to a silicon-based one.” So all those faith pushed him established this project. And We believe that metaverse is built in the form of games. So, yes, gaming is the only area that we will operate.

It’s interesting, how users will be able to experience and fell the Metaverse for themselves? Say something about the game mechanics, and also you can share for people some footage from the game, pictures, video etc..

SpaceY 2025 is a Tower Defense game. We built a human base that players need to develop and protect it from various kinds of enemies on Mars. In this base, players can drive spaceships flying around; they can own lands and construct buildings on them. These building will buff the power of the defense systems. And in the future, we will allow our players to design and create NFT items on Mars. For example, they can design their own spaceships, buildings and towers.

What’s your idea to reward your community, what are the benefits when people will play your game and what about your token use-cases? People love benefits and money, so this is for sure important to know how it works in Spacey..

I mentioned that this is a Tower Defense game. Players will have chance to gain Tokens while playing the game — using strategies to build defense systems based on turrets you have to protect the Mars base. The more enemies you defeated, the more rewards you will have. These tokens could be used to purchase NFTs on our game website. Beside that, you can also use these tokens to upgrade your turrets. Players will also be able to exchange tokens or sell them to make money.

There will be more use-cases, but I can’t tell you now.

Tell something about your marketing strategy for the next years, you have kind of plan how to hold people with you when bear market comes? And what about your partnerships, it’s significant for you to build cooperations with other projects?

Oh yeah. Our goal is serving our users and meet their needs. For the next years, we will keep polishing our game based on the feedbacks we gained from our players. And we will publish new NFTs as in game assets.

We have a lot partnerships including Houbi Ventures and OKEX who just invested us. We have also talked with many blockchain related companies, so ideally we will link with other blockchain games in the future.

Can you say something about your team, skills, our community need to know how experienced is Spacey team, maybe you have some examples of your work or interesting stories from past?

Okay. We are the Blockfish founded in silicon valley. For this SpaceY project, we have a fantastic team. Our CEO, Robin Duan, was the youngest engineer in Microsoft. He also designed a tower defense game which was published by Tencent a decades ago. Tencent is on of the biggest and most famous company in China. And that game earned 30 million users and tens of millions of revenue. Our engineers are from Roblox and Facebook (now they are called Meta); our artists are from Sony Entertainment. We also have game designers from Riot Games.

As can be seen on your website, you are building a marketplace, maybe you can tell us how this place is supposed to work, does it stand out with something new compared to other similar products?

Users can purchase NFT assets that we officially sell, and they can also trade with others on community marketplace which is similar to The SandBox and Decentraland. To be honest, our marketplace is not really special, and the way we stand out is to use unique gameplay mechanics — I believe our project will be the first Maze Tower Defense game launched on blockchains.

Yes, of course. Users have rights to participate in the governance of this project. The voting power is depended on the value of NFTs and how many SPAY tokens they have. And they can vote on actually everything about the project.

Is your platform suitable for crypto beginners? Or does it only limited for professional users ?

John

Very suitable. We tried reduce steps for crypto beginners to play our game. And this is the reason we built our game on WebGL platform, i.e. users can play our game simply on websites and no need to download anything. I guess the most important thing will be learning how to use the Metamask wallet.

Yes, we have a program of recovery, burning and staking of SPAYs.

We have many communities on different social medias where we can gain feedbacks. As I mentioned, our first priority is to meet our user’s demands. And these communities are also a good place for gamers, token holders and merchants to communicate. We will also BUILD a DAO for voting which will also allow us to understand what our users need.

We are trying to build a metaverse which is an ambitious goal requires a long time to complete, but as long as we keep doing it, we will finally get there. This tower defense game, SpaceY 2025, is our very first step. I believe we have abilities to maintain our users in order to continues sailing on the sea.

Oh, I forgot to mention we have a guy who is in charge of UI/UX design. And he is from google. Our plan is to reduce as many steps as possible for new users and crypto beginners.

I believe we are the only one trying to release a NFT related sandbox tower defense game. So, we are quite unique. The interesting game play will help us improve the quality of our NFTs to stay ahead of the competition. The background story we have in SpaceY is related to Elon Musk, and this man is a true influencer. As long as we do a great job on developing our game, we will have great chances collaborating with major brands and famous artists.

This is a super attractive project, and it does have opportunities. After we release the full version of our game. We will first attract more players in our existing player community, and at the same time attract existing NFT users. After we gain enough players, we will carry out large advertising campaigns to attract users.
