You are probably wondering what makes Gemstarter different from all the already existing Launchpads available on the market. Let’s face it, we realize that the competition is fierce. However, each of them lacks something to be perfect and to cover all aspects of the investment process.
GemStarter ambition is not to be built just another Launchpad. Our goal is to create an investment & startup acceleration ecosystem based on blockchain technology, to give everybody an equal chance to contribute to great upcoming projects.

This is the first step to our journey into a decentralized world and investment technology ecosystem. We don’t want to be just another Launchpad like many others. We want to bring back investment opportunities in early-stage start-ups to all of you. We can clearly see that the current situation on the market follows one direction: VC’s or nothing. There are many examples on the market that require be the owner of a have a huge amount of community tokens worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. This often leads to a situation where only early adopters and a small group of lucky people can participate in investments on these platforms. So the question is how to fix this?
Are we able to bring it back to the people?
Yes, there is an easy way to make it more suitable and convenient for all of you!

Our tier system will just increase the amount you can invest not the possibility to invest itself.
This approach is based on the value of GMS tokens not on the amount you possess. This will allow everybody to jump into a higher tier as soon as his tokens value increase to a specified tier level (more about tier mechanism soon).

The value of crypto assets locked in DeFi protocols has grown from around $600 million at the start of January 2020 to over $45 billion in March 2021. This clearly shows that we are only at the beginning of a long road to building a powerful DeFi ecosystem, in which we intend to play an important role.
