Cyber City AMA SUMMARY
Question 1. Can you please introduce yourself to our community?

Mac here. An 80s kid at heart, I started gaming on my uncle’s Atari when I was around 4 years old, and since then I spent hours playing Warcraft, Sim City, and my fave, Command Conquer: Red Alert. As for Playstation and XBox games, I played Resident Evil, Metal Gear, and Xenogears…and yes, I’m mad about NBA live and the 2k series as well!
Question 2. Tell us what CyberCity is, what you want to offer as a company, and how you came up with the idea of creating this project.

Denis, our CEO, actually came up with the core idea of Cyber City. The nice thing about being part of Team CYBR is that we share a common bond where each team member is a gamer and also an anime fan. So goin back to Cyber City’s inception, the founders wanted to come up with a P2E game that will combine RPG and Decentraland-like elements, we also thought that the game’s graphics should be a little bit “serious” so we can differentiate ourselves from other games that are too colourful and cartoon-ish.
Hence, we decided to apply the cyberpunk dystopian theme for Cyber City. We then came up with characters and their backstories that are intertwined with each other and Cyber City’s big idea. Aside from the gameplay, we believe that a good storyline and plot is also key to entice mainstream gamers to give P2E games a shot
Question 3. Please explain what DeFi elements you have introduced in your project, we are also interested in how a user can earn using your platform? Tell us something about your token!

Ok great, ALM is AliumSwap’s token, it can be staked within the Cyber City game so users can earn CYBR tokens, Basically, Cyberians, as we call our community members now, can also earn CYBR through ownership of City Block land NFTs, but they can also earn CYBR tokens depending on the type of gameplay they engage in. Question 4. Can you explain to us what “Open Economy” means? Tell us more about using NFT in #CyberCity
Mac Statik
Users can buy, sell, and trade their Cyber City characters and items on NFT marketplaces of their choice. As for the “Open Economy” idea, we are keen to bring in more partners so they can use their tokens within Cyber City.
Question 5. You offer the possibility for players to join clans, can you tell us more about it? Please! It would be nice if you could tell us about the characters in the game and the “atmosphere” surrounding us during the game.

Cyber City has 10 INO partners that we’ve decided to convert into clans in the game such as NFTb, Hyperjump, and Liquidifty among others. Users can choose which clan to buy their boxes from and their NFTs will carry the branding and motifs of that clan. Furthermore, the nice thing about owning a certain clan NFT is that they will be able to receive any perks related to our clan partner.
As for the gameplay, users are free to create their own guilds to compete with other ones since we believe that one of the value propositions of the game is that it’s a MMORPG that enables collaborative teamplay.
Question 6. What platforms do you plan to release your product on? Tell us more about the marketing you have planned, what you want to do to make the world hear about #CyberCity ?

We have successfully launched our NFTs on NFTb, Hyperjump (via Paintswap, and Liquidifty recently, and we’re proud to say that all the Gigaboxes have sold out!
As for the marketing campaigns, we are keen to establish a community that believes in the game itself even if it’s still in progress. A strong community is the backbone of any P2E game and how it sustains itself in the long run. We are also keen to be active in gaming, art, and cosplay communities next year as we bring Cyber City and promote the P2E experience to a diverse set of audiences.
Question 7. Could you please summarise what CyberCity really is for newcomers? And tell us, in your opinion, what is most special and unique in your project.
Mac Statik
We want to offer an innovative gameplay to both crypto investors and mainstream gamers alike, several P2E games fall short of expectations from their community because they simply want to launch a P2E game that has no quality graphics which makes other users jump to other games.
The game itself won’t be restricted to a specific type of gameplay, which means it can go from an RPG game to a tower defense game. We are also keen to add that we have land NFTS called City Blocks that will enable owners to yield CYBR tokens.
The big idea here is that we want mainstream gamers to discover crypto and position Cyber City as the standard in P2E gaming.

Are you planning to promote your project in countries / regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project?

We’re keen to build Cyberian communities across SEA region primarily, India, and Russia as well, I think the idea here is that we need to tap gaming communities within these countries rather than jus focusing only on crypto audiences

Do you have any NFT plans and its integration ahead in the roadmap? Also do you have any passive income options and incentivization reward for a long term holder?

You can stake ALM tokens (AliumSwap) to yield CYBR tokens within the game, owning City Block NFTs also enables you to earn CYBR tokens

Can you tell us more about project marketing strategies , where will you work with any influencers or pornstars? Also any ambassador programme available?
Mac Statik
We are keen to tap gaming, art, and crypto communities, so we can bring more mainstream audience to P2E gaming, if a pornstar wants to do a cosplay of the Shapeshifter, why not?!

We are currently discussing potential partnerships with Polygon and Fantom, but we are also keen to get out of our shell and collab with non-crypto entities

What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?
Mac Statik
Our focus is to develop the game itself and launch it in Q3, while waiting for the game launch, we’ll also initiate several marketing campaigns to bring more users
