Hololoot is the “First AR NFT Generator and Marketplace” We have many new cryptocurrency enthusiasts in our community. Please explain to them what your project is, and what solutions you want to implement.

Sure thing. So hello everyone, thanks for being here!
Hololoot is an Augmented Reality (AR) Metaverse, NFT Generator & Marketplace.
Our goal is to elevate the NFT world from 2D to 3D and to apply immersive technologies to the world of NFTs.
We believe that combining NFTs with AR will open up a new market of digital goods and services! Hololoot wants to partner up with various NFT and classical gaming projects (but we are not only limited to gaming!) and to transfer 2D and 3D assets from those games into digital collectibles that you can bring via AR into your own living room!

Please tell us what makes Hololoot a suitable project to invest in compared to others? What kind of utility does your project introduce?

Well, we are one of the few players in the field of AR Metaverse and NFTs.
We expect the sector of digital goods to grow despite the bear market of the tokens.
Last time I checked, in Q2 2021 I believe, NFTs were worth 2b. A few days ago it was 17,7b! That’s not DeFi but god damn it’s exploding!
However we believe there’s more that we can squeeze out of NFTs. And these are immersive technologies.
AR NFTs are not common because there is no easy way to generate them. You gotta know some coding, know how to operate dedidacted software etc.
In our case, all you need is a compatible 3D model. You upload it to our cloud service called, conviniently, Hololoot Cloud. Over there you are able to mint that 3D model into a 3D NFT (using Enjin’s minting tools or natively).
After that the 3D model is being *automatically* sent into the AR app.
The AR app is a marketplace for AR NFTs. It also serves as a digital trophy hall.
To sum it up, if you want to enter the world of AR NFTs, there’s literally no simpler solution.
Think of us like Veve but we are actually open for Creators. You can use the infrastracture on your own, without coding skills.
These functionalities fuel the ecosystem.

A lot of people here want to meet you, can you say something about your team? Who is responsible for building the project? Tell us a little bit about your past.

Sure!
So long, long time ago… circa 5 years, yeah… me and Adam meet in a shopping mall in Poland! We were running a small VR stand there. After a while Piotr became one of our clients.
Fast foward a bit and we are doing corporate events, selling VR and AR hardware to various universities and companies, running training sessions for academics and businesses and we are dabbling with our first commercial software projects.
Couple years later we are awarded with a grant from the European Union to create the technology that lies as the backbone of Hololoot!
We walk from different parts of the world which gives us unique skillsets and outlooks on life and I believe we compliment eachother well. Except for the Core Team we have also gathered a great board of Advisors (Gentlemen from Synapse being a crucial part of it; thank you), a marvelous devteam, marketing team and legal team!
We are all experienced in business, development, legal and marketing fields so we are ready to explore and populate the space of AR NFTs!

How important is NFT for you? Also, could you tell us about how Hololoot wants to conquer the metaverse?

Uuu, that’s a nice one!
NFTs are key to our ecosystem, I think that’s clear by now. Why?
Well, they help us to “identify” 3D objects, to give a sense of digital ownership, to make them transferrable from a game to a game (the so called multiverse).
As for Metaverse related projects — most of, if not all of them, are either 2D, 3D or VR. We operate in the realm of AR, so they are not competitors for us — quite the opposite!
Let me give you an example with Bloktopia, because we are in talks with them. We can actually have 3D objects placed on our Cloud service, right? We then make them compatible with Bloktopia’s API, yeah? And Hololoot’s AR API.. this way we have XR (!) NFTs! That can travel from VR to AR and backwards.
The more Metaverse projects — the better for us. AR compliments VR gracefully. It takes the digital assets out of a completely synthetic world and “anchors” it in reality

AR NFT marketplace sounds great, could you explain in simple words how it works and what makes your marketplace unique?
Maciek Szafarczyk
Well, we are a marketplace dedicated STRICTLY for AR NFTs. Hence the marketplace will exsist in AR. Instead of buying 2D images on the website you will be actually to preview the NFT in your living room via the AR app. Next step will be to give users to have a so called shared AR experience. Your friend flips a phone with an AR NFT and you can see it (but since you don’t own it… you can buy it from him/her or pass)
Lastly, location based AR NFTs will allow users to experience NFTs in specific geolocations. Ideally we’d like to have mini-games here. So imagine a world-wide event hosted by Star Atlas where different spaceships dock in various places of the world and you can pick up cargo or obtain keys to them! Our marketplace is gamified in AR!

Can you tell us something about your marketing, what’s your vision of the project in the next years. What is your plan for the bear market? Aren’t you afraid to launch a project at this late stage of the bull market?

To quote a famous polish fashion designer Eva Minge who said “Fashion, fashion, fashion” I will say: “Partnerships, partnerships, partnerships”. This will be the essence of our ecosystem.
Except for that we will be launching AR NFT sales and AR Airdrops. We hope to attract various NFT and classical games to our marketplace — and with them, their communities!
We are not afraid of the bear market because we believe the digital goods market will still grow. The whales can’t interefere here as easily! Having a powerful tech partner such as Enjin backing us also makes us more comfortable I feel like the digital goods market is only starting to roll, but time will tell whether these assumptions were correct or not!

So the plan for the token is rather simple:
1) If you stake it — you’ll get full access to the entire ecosystem, you’ll get access to premium AR NFT offerings and you’ll earn a certain APY
2) Later on HOL will become a preffered payment method!

By combining Hololot Cloud (cloud service) with Holohome AR (app), we wanted to make the process of creating NFT AR as easy as creating NFTs from jpegs. We want to create new markets this way, so do you think beginners can understand what you are saying above? Can you explain more simply so that beginners can understand more easily?

Thanks Mr Monkey! Yes! So here is the current process: You have a 3D object. You gotta place it in either Unity/Unreal or some ready made solution. Then you gotta figure out the NFT part somehow. Then you gotta constantly update that app. It’s no-name so it disappears in the ocean of simple AR apps. Game over. Our process is like this: You have a 3D object. You register at Hololoot Cloud. You upload the 3D model there. You can preview it in the Cloud, see how it’s gonna look in the AR app before you publish it. You can customize it there. Change the material, modify the metadata. Then you mint it into 3D NFT. We take care of the rest! That’s how we want it to be as simple as generating a jpeg!

That’s a very good question!
