Nakamoto Games Private Sale Whitelisting Details
We are very excited to announce the first investment opportunity coming to our platform — Nakamoto Games. This is just the first of many upcoming projects. We already have 3 other proposals lined up for you, but more on that will be in upcoming articles.
As you know, Synapse Network allows you to invest in a project at different stages of development — as of now, it’s the private sale phase.
What are these phases?
Projects usually have multiple investment phases, their number and type depend on the company fundraising strategy. Usually, only Public Sale rounds are available for the community. At Synapse Network we want to open this opportunity to all of you!
Often, the earlier the investment phase, the better the token price. But that comes with some difficulties, as it’s not easy to invest in a project while it’s not open to the public yet and the sooner you invest the longer your vesting phase is. We at the Synapse Network also divided the distribution of our tokens in various public sales and these included:
- seed $0.025 per SNP Token
- private A $0.050 per SNP Token
- private B $0.070 per SNP Token
- community $0.080 per SNP Token
- public $0.085 per SNP Token
As you can see, those who bought in the public sale will enjoy a profit of more than 6x, while those in the seed round will enjoy a profit of more than 20x. I hope this has already convinced you as to why it is so worth investing in the earlier rounds.
In fact, VC funds by their nature enter the earliest available rounds and profit massively from budding projects. With Synapse, you will be able to take advantage of the same benefits that VC funds have had so far.
However, the world is not black and white and with a much better price comes longer vesting phases. Is that a bad thing? It depends on the project, but I myself would gladly turn back time and be more patient with many projects that I’ve sold after a big breakout, as they experienced an even bigger growth in the following months.

How does the investment process look like?
There is a total of $300 000 allocated for this Private Sale, and there are two options for this:
- having tickets for the platform (guaranteed allocation $270 000) — size per ticket will be announced 20.09.2021 7 PM UTC.
- winning the Gleam competition, which is open to everyone. Here 10% ($30 000) of the investment pool is allocated for the winners. There is no overallocation here — it is reserved for our stakers. There will be 60 people with a $500 allocation for this Private Sale.
For both options, you need to pass the KYC process.
We give everyone the opportunity to reach the required tier for investment until 20.09.2021 9 AM UTC. Everyone has to enter the platform, stake their SNP tokens, and express interest in participating in the investment before this date. This feature is not available yet, but will soon be up, more precisely on 16.09.2021.
We will then divide the investment pool of $270 000 to the sum of all the tickets of those who have expressed their interest in the project. And this way, we calculate how much is one investment ticket worth.
For example:
The investment pool for people with tickets is $270,000. We have 2000 tickets in the system, but only people with 1500 tickets have expressed interest in taking part in the investment. Therefore 1 ticket is 180$. If you have 5 tickets, you can invest $900 + possible overallocation (up to 10 times the original investment).
Investment options
The investment opportunity we provide is a mix of the first 2 Private sale rounds in the ratio of 1:2, so the first round will be 100000 $ and the second one will be 200000 $. For example, if you invest $3000, you will receive $1000 investment from the first private round and $2000 investment from the second private round. There won’t be a possibility to choose the round.
