Synapse Network is opening its early-stage community investment round on the 15th of June
Synapse Network is developing a cross-chain investment and start-up acceleration ecosystem based on blockchain technology, to give everybody an equal chance to contribute to great upcoming projects and to do so early on. We are bridging the gap between the traditional & crypto market. The idea of the Synapse Network technology goes beyond the standard offer of launchpads available on the market, becoming a true technological brand providing tech solutions.
This couldn’t be done without the help of our users, and to strive towards a pivotal moment in fundraising we are happy to announce that today we are announcing the first round of the community sale which has been dedicated to our community members at your request.The round will be conducted according to the seed phase investment rules and prices.
The future of investment is coming, giving investors the chance to see high-quality projects, with real use cases, solid fundamentals and great designs directly on our platform, granting them the chance to be early adopters in each new revolutionary step taken towards a freer market, and giving deserving projects visibility and an outlet to share their vision with their users and investors.
The first round is going to be launched on the 15th of June, before the official TGE. If you want to invest at the super early stage please follow the instructions & details below:
Investment Round Details:
50 000 USD will be distributed to 200 people, the max investment will be 250 USD per person. A KYC will be required. Seed round rules apply.
Timeline:
On June 6th, 2021, at 11:00 AM CET we will be opening the whitelisting, where a pool of people will be drawn to be able to join the investment. We will provide the gleam whitelisting process with several tasks to do — please go to https://gleam.io/WAcmK/synapse-network-early-community-round
Whitelist applications will remain open until June 9 at 11.00 AM CET
On June 9th 11AM CET after the whitelist is closed we will work on the applications selection. Fake ref links, duplicates, wrong data: names, countries, wallet addresses will be deleted.
On June 10th 11 AM, 2021, we will be sending the confirmation mail to the 500 investors that were drawn on whitelisting day. This selected group of 500 investors can take part in the KYC process and register on the platform.
On june 11th, 2021, at 11:00 AM CET we will be opening our platform for registrations and KYC requirements. People will have 24h to register on our platform.
June 12th, 11AM CET — If someone hasn’t signed to the platform yet — he will lose his chance. We are closing KYC process, awaiting for Fractal KYC results, which can take up to 3 days
June 14th, 11:00 PM CET The Final 200 Whitelisted people announced — The other set of Whitelisted people that got their KYC approved will be landing on a reserve list, where they will be able to join the sale if the members of the primary list fail to show up.
June 15th, 11:00 AM CET Opening the sale for 24 hours (for those 200 whitelisted people), smart-contract opened.
June 16th 11 AM— 9 PM CET — additional slots available to buy if needed
June 16th 9 PM CET — final announcement of the sale end
More information will be provided during the presale rounds. We also will be preparing a reserve list in case some applications won’t be able to meet the KYC requirements, information about new whitelisted investors will be announced by the 16th of June 2021.
