The final whitelist selection For Public Synapse Network Sale
The last round of PUBLIC SALE sales is coming to an end, we have just completed the whitelisting process. Synapse Network is pleased to announce the final selection of 510 whitelisted people to participate in Public Sale. The selected people have successfully passed the KYC process and will be able to complete the investment on Monday, August 23 at 9 AM UTC. Below we are presenting the full whitelisting process.

- 5303 people have registered on app.synapse.network.
- 3821 people have started the KYC process using Fractal.Id
- 7 people are awaiting for Fractal.Id acceptance.
- 171 people have been rejected by Fractal.Id for various reasons.

We prepared the spreadsheet containing every person who registered using Gleam and passed the KYC process. The spreadsheet includes three columns:

STEP 2 PUBLIC HASH
For the avoidance of any doubt, we are publishing the SHA256 online hash file checksum function. Anyone is able to check the hash value — this proves that the data has not been tampered with.

We used a whitelist selection contract that is available to check on our Github repository under this link:

Contracts are keeping links to the Google files with data included in the CSV file as well as containing a SHA256 hash of the CSV file.
STEP 4 HOW DOES THE SMART CONTRACT WORK?
The contract asked Chainlink for a randomValue
Based on randomValue, x unique numbers in the range from 0-to-n were generated
Where each new unique number was also a new randomValue for the function, and n was the number of participants who registered and passed the KYC process.

Using the contracts, we were able to select:
410 random numbers matching the numbers from the Global CSV file,
50 random numbers matching KR CSV file,
50 random numbers for TR CSV file.
Everything is verifiable on-chain, links to transactions are posted below. Those numbers and corresponding addresses will be able to buy SNP tokens when the public sale starts.

STEP 5 INVESTMENT PROCESS
And the great moment will come on 23/08/2021 when at 9 am UTC our public sale will start and will go on for a 48h period — guaranteed allocation, no FCFS, with oversubscription — the same way as community sale. On 25/08/2021 at 9 am UTC our public sale will end. And later on 25/08/2021 at around 5 pm UTC we will be listed on Uniswap, at the same starting price of 0.085$ / token.

Each investor can decide how much he or she wants to invest.
PUBLIC SALE TOKEN PRICE is 0.085$ / token.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT is 1 USD. Each investment amount of up to 500 USD is allowed.
GUARANTEED INVESTMENT 500 USD. Each person who invests will receive a guaranteed number of tokens which is equal to 500 USD. You can also allocate more than 500 USD.
MAXIMUM INVESTMENT. Each person can invest more than 500USD (up to 10 000 USD). However, it’s not guaranteed. This is called overallocation. In such a case you will automatically buy extra tokens from the remaining pool which will be divided equally for all overallocators as long as the invested amount is high enough to cover the costs of the tokens. Not used stablecoins will be claimable after the sale is finished. This description is complex, so let’s explain it on the example:
