VESTING UPDATE & TGE
Great changes in favour of investors!
We are happy to announce the Synapse Network Community Sale was completed yesterday on July 8 at 9 AM UTC. We have achieved results that are a huge success for us. Now is the time to move on to the next steps. Therefore, we are pleased to inform you about the next steps and some important changes for the benefit of our investors.
TGE
After the Community Sale, we have received from CertiK confirmation of the date of the Security Audit. On August 2, CertiK will conduct a Synapse Network smart contracts audit — yes we have over 10 different smart contracts that need to be audited :D. As changes may be necessary after the audit, the team must allow a few days to accommodate post-audit recommendations. Therefore, for security reasons, the date of the TGE implementation is also postponed to August 15, 2021.
An important element all of you need to understand is that the smart contract cannot be changed EVER once deployed. That’s why a complete system audit is one of the most important success factors of a project. If CertiK discovers any security, performance, or system problems, it could be risky for our community if we would deploy smart contracts before that. So due to our “highest quality product delivery” policy, we want to implement all recommendations from Certik before the TGE in favour of all of us — investors and founders!
VESTING
We know that this is a very important date for you, so we decided to reward these changes to our community with two major vesting updates!
1. We have decided to shorten the vesting periods in our tokenomy also by 1 month! Below you can see the updated table with vesting periods. We hope you like these changes.
2. The second HUGE change we’ve made is the way we’re releasing tokens.
Linear vesting will release tokens every block, on the ERC20 network a new block is created every 14–15 seconds!
We would like to thank all investors for their trust and we are impatiently counting down to August 15, when our TGE and entry to DEX will take place! Since you are the most important pillar of our company, for your security we will not allow any shortcomings, let’s polish this diamond together!
